SEO Executive – £28,000 DOE + Bonus

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Executive to support the delivery of SEO strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, improving search visibility, organic traffic and overall online performance. The role combines technical SEO work with on‑page and content‑focused activities, ideal for someone who enjoys both analytical and creative aspects of digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage SEO campaigns from planning through to implementation.
• Support the development of effective organic search strategies.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and technical audits.
• Create SEO‑focused content for a variety of sectors and industries.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular client reporting.
• Utilise tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMRush and Screaming Frog.
• Assist with conversion rate optimisation initiatives.
• Attend client meetings and build strong working relationships.
• Research emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Understanding of technical and on‑page SEO principles (desirable).
• Experience using SEO tools including GA4, SEMRush and Screaming Frog.
• Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Good knowledge of Google, Bing and AI‑driven search trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Agency experience is beneficial; event tracking or CRO experience is an advantage.
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
