SEO Manager – Bournemouth

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead high‑performing campaigns for a growing digital agency in Bournemouth. You will shape the agency’s SEO offering, influence strategy and work towards a clear progression path to Head of SEO.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver SEO strategies across multiple client accounts.
• Lead technical SEO audits and oversee implementation.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and content‑gap reviews.
• Perform on‑page optimisation, metadata updates and internal linking improvements.
• Analyse performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush and Ahrefs.
• Present insight‑driven reports and recommendations to senior clients.
• Mentor junior team members and support their development.
• Drive internal agency SEO initiatives to improve visibility and growth.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record of delivering organic growth for e‑commerce or consumer brands.
• Strong analytical, reporting and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude with a passion for staying up‑to‑date on algorithm changes.
