SEO Manager – Hybrid, up to £45k

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join a fast‑growing, search‑first digital agency in Liverpool City Centre. The role is hybrid, with two days a week on‑site, and focuses on delivering measurable organic growth for ambitious brands across the UK and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end SEO campaigns for a portfolio of clients in competitive sectors.
• Develop and execute technical SEO, on‑page optimisation, and content strategies.
• Analyse performance data, identify growth opportunities and report results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with content creators, senior leadership and wider SEO teams to align tactics with commercial objectives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, including AI‑driven and generative search developments.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SEO campaigns in an agency or fast‑paced environment.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for delivering measurable growth.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting recommendations to clients and internal teams.
