Service Advisor – Car Dealership (Oxford)

About the role

The Service Advisor will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service and maintenance at a busy Oxford dealership. You will manage bookings, coordinate with the workshop team and ensure a smooth, professional experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for service and maintenance customers.
• Manage service bookings, courtesy cars and keep customers updated on progress.
• Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Promote and upsell additional work, service plans and warranties.
• Handle weekend service hours and record overtime appropriately.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealership environment.
• Confident, organised and highly customer‑focused.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to sell additional products and services.

• Experience with Kerridge.
• Experience with Pinnacle.
• Experience with DRIVE.
• Experience with ONELink.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary of £34,500 per year.
• Weekend hours paid as overtime.
• On‑target earnings up to £40,000 per year.
• Full‑time permanent role, Monday‑Friday 8:00‑17:30 and alternate Saturdays 8:00‑12:00.
