Service Advisor

About the role

Our client, a well‑established business in Basingstoke, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy after‑sales team. This full‑time position offers a supportive environment where you can develop your career while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their service or repair journey.
• Book vehicles and coordinate with the workshop to ensure a smooth process.
• Provide accurate cost estimates, prepare invoices and clearly explain the work carried out.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services where appropriate.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues by delivering exceptional service.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an after‑sales environment.
• Motivated, customer‑focused individual with strong communication skills.

What we offer

• Salary £30,000 basic plus bonus, up to £37,000 OTE.
• Monday‑to‑Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm schedule – no weekends.
