Service Advisor – Main Dealership (Canterbury)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy main dealership in Canterbury. You will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from arrival to collection.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers at the service reception.
• Provide clear, friendly communication and set realistic repair timelines.
• Book vehicles for service and keep customers updated on progress.
• Liaise closely with workshop technicians to coordinate work.
• Handle general administration and paperwork efficiently.
• Collaborate with a busy team to maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.
• Strong knowledge of dealership processes and procedures.
• Professional appearance, customer‑focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Positive mindset, strong work ethic and ability to work in a team.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
