Service Engineer – Industrial Compressor Training

About the role

Join a leading distributor of turnkey compressed‑air solutions as a Service Engineer. You will receive comprehensive training on industrial compressors, refrigeration, pipework and air‑drying equipment while servicing a variety of clients across the South East of England.

Key responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance and installation of compressors, pipework, air dryers and related refrigeration units.
• Travel to customer sites across the South East on a door‑to‑door basis.
• Record work performed and report any issues to the technical team.
• Utilise overtime opportunities (1.5× weekdays, 2× weekends) to boost earnings.

Required profile

• Experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar mechanical/electrical role.
• Willingness to work throughout the South East region.
• Valid full‑UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Knowledge of compressors.
• Familiarity with pipework systems.
• Understanding of air‑drying equipment.
• Basic refrigeration system knowledge.

What we offer

• Salary £38,000‑£40,000 per year.
