ServiceNow Developer – Hybrid (SC Clearance required)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our technology team in London. The role combines project delivery with platform enhancement, focusing on Virtual Agent and intelligent automation for secure UK government programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules and integrations.
• Configure and enhance ServiceNow Virtual Agent capabilities.
• Develop and support workflow automation using RPA technologies.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Optimise platform performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ServiceNow standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and customising the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, scripting and integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or Robotic Process Automation.
• Solid JavaScript development skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
