ServiceNow Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Product Owner to join a well‑established organisation in London. You will take full ownership of an early‑stage ServiceNow platform, shaping its roadmap, driving adoption and delivering real business value.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the ServiceNow product roadmap and backlog.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, challenge and prioritise requirements.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform across the organisation.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver new functionality and enhancements.
• Ensure developments align with strategic objectives and business priorities.
• Champion best practice and maximise the value of the ServiceNow investment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Platform Owner within a ServiceNow environment.
• Demonstrated ability to own a ServiceNow platform and define its roadmap.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and exposure to additional ServiceNow modules.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to translate business needs into prioritized deliverables.
