ServiceNow Product Owner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Product Owner to lead the vision, strategy and development of our client’s ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, ICT teams and senior leadership to ensure the platform delivers maximum value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the ServiceNow product vision and roadmap, aligning with business priorities.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, ICT teams and external partners to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
• Create, maintain and prioritize the product backlog to focus development on high‑value features.
• Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements for development teams.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through deployment, ensuring projects are on time, within scope and budget.
• Monitor platform performance, identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and user satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Product Owner, ServiceNow Business Analyst or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
• Experience managing product backlogs and prioritising requirements in an Agile environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all organisational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on delivering business value.
• Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
