Shift Maintenance Electrician – 4-on-4-off Days & Nights

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Shift Maintenance Electrician to join a leading national facilities management provider at a major site near Oxford. The role operates on a 4‑on‑4‑off days and nights shift pattern, offering high stability and clear progression opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical tasks.
• Ensure site safety and compliance with industry best practices.
• Monitor daily performance of main building plant and equipment.
• Supervise subcontractors and uphold professional standards for clients.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 (Electrical) or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of 17th or 18th Edition wiring regulations.
• Proven experience in commercial electrical environments.
• Valid driving licence and ability to pass a DBS check.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.

What we offer
