Shipping Coordinator – High‑Volume Manufacturing

About the role

The Shipping Coordinator will join a fast‑paced materials and supply‑chain team supporting a high‑volume electronic probe test‑card production business. The role is central to daily operations, ensuring timely delivery of production materials and shipment of finished goods to global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Record all inputs and outputs accurately in the EPICOR ERP/CRM system.
• Liaise with couriers and shipping brokers, monitoring shipment status and updating the system.
• Submit customs declarations and verify data against customs codes and import/export licences.
• Produce monthly reports on shipping errors or delays.
• Use Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM tools to track goods in and out.
• Ensure shipments are cost‑effective and compliant with legislation.
• Oversee packing, scheduling, and consistent workflow for outbound shipments.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Shipping, Export, Despatch, or Logistics Coordinator/Analyst.
• Background in busy manufacturing, warehouse/logistics or courier environments.
• Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines and support internal stakeholders.
• Strong Microsoft IT proficiency.

Required skills

• EPICOR ERP/CRM system.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• General ERP/CRM platforms (exposure to SAP is a plus).
• Customs documentation and import/export licence handling.
