Showroom Manager – Luxury Automotive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead the daily operations of a prestigious automotive showroom in Fareham. You will ensure every visitor receives a first‑class buying experience while maintaining the showroom’s premium presentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day showroom activities and coordinate customer appointments.
• Ensure all vehicles are retail‑ready, working closely with valeting, detailing and workshop teams.
• Maintain accurate online vehicle listings and sales administration.
• Manage showroom displays, merchandising and stock presentation.
• Support marketing events, customer hospitality and health & safety compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in prestige automotive retail, dealership or premium hospitality environments.
• Excellent communication, organisational and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, hands‑on approach.
• Confidence working with discerning, high‑value customers.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM or dealer management system.
