Showroom Sales Consultant – Southampton

About the role

The Showroom Sales Consultant will join Porcelanosa’s Southampton showroom team, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of bathrooms, kitchens and related products. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors, guiding them through the product range and helping them realise their design visions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients as they enter the showroom.
• Assess client requirements – dimensions, budget and style – and recommend suitable product ranges.
• Prepare and present accurate quotations within agreed timeframes.
• Handle telephone enquiries and resolve client queries promptly.
• Follow the established sales process to achieve individual and store targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and ensure displays meet brand standards.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Previous face‑to‑face sales experience in a retail environment, or demonstrable potential.
• Good verbal, written and numerical literacy.
