Sign Maker – Design & Installation

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Sign Maker to join a market‑leading client in Wisbech. You will create high‑quality signage from concept to installation, working closely with customers to deliver visual solutions that meet their specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce signs using vinyl cutting, digital printing and a range of materials.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and propose creative signage solutions.
• Prepare accurate layouts, selecting appropriate colours, fonts and measurements.
• Operate sign‑making equipment such as plotters, printers, laminators and heat presses.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure equipment is serviced.
• Install completed signs on‑site, guaranteeing correct placement and alignment.
• Provide maintenance and repair services for existing signage as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sign making or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality work.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to manage multiple projects independently.
