About the role

Join the Liberty Energy Transition team as a Site Manager and play a pivotal role in the green revolution. You will lead the installation of solar PV, ventilation, and air-source heat pumps (ASHP) to transform residential homes into sustainable, energy-efficient living spaces.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive the daily on-site delivery of renewable energy contracts, ensuring all projects meet strict deadlines.
  • Oversee MCS-compliant installations for Solar PV, ASHP, and ventilation systems.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site resources to ensure seamless operational flow.
  • Develop and manage project programs, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to technical specifications.
  • Maintain rigorous Health & Safety standards, including the management of RAMS, permits, and quality controls.
  • Collaborate closely with design teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth documentation handover.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in managing planned works or renovation/renewable energy projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of renewable technologies (Solar PV, ASHP).
  • In-depth knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts.
  • Excellent communicator with a customer-centric approach and strong leadership skills.
  • Highly organized, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Must hold a full UK driving license.

Required Skills & Certifications

  • SMSTS and CSCS certifications.
  • First Aid qualification.
  • Comprehensive Health & Safety knowledge.
  • Project management and subcontractor coordination.
  • Technical expertise in renewable energy installations (MCS standards).
