Small Works Site Manager – Aberdeen

About the role

An established main contractor in the North East of Scotland is seeking an experienced Small Works Site Manager to lead multiple refurbishment, maintenance and construction projects in Aberdeen. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest health, safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day management of site operations across various small‑scale projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain site health & safety compliance and monitor programme progress.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Control budgets, quality standards and complete site documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction or refurbishment projects.
• Strong understanding of small works delivery.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
