Social and Community Lead

About the role

The Social and Community Lead will own and grow CARE ADHD’s organic social presence and community engagement across key platforms. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this senior individual contributor will shape strategy, drive measurable growth, and ensure the brand’s voice is trusted and consistent within a high‑trust healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Audit current social performance, define channel roles and develop a measurable organic growth plan.
• Set tone, standards, templates and publishing workflows for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Design and execute community‑building initiatives, including influencer and clinician ambassador programmes.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Assistant, Growth Lead and Brand & Content Lead to deliver high‑quality content.
• Work with Customer Service to translate patient needs into proactive social communications.
• Define community guidelines, escalation routes and response standards, ensuring safe interaction in a healthcare context.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience leading organic social strategy and community growth.
• Proven ability to turn social activity into measurable reach, follower growth and conversion assists.
• Strong understanding of healthcare or regulated sectors and the importance of trust‑based communication.
• Experience coaching junior team members and coordinating cross‑functional initiatives.
