Social & Community Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Social & Community Lead to own and grow our organic social channels. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will shape the brand’s voice across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms, turning social into a genuine brand‑building channel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organic social strategy, defining tone, creative direction and posting cadence.
• Manage day‑to‑day content creation and publishing across formats such as Reels, carousels, short‑form video and static posts.
• Collaborate with the Creative team and Copywriter to translate briefs into scroll‑stopping content.
• Identify, outreach to and manage influencers and creators, overseeing briefs, contracts and performance.
• Monitor community feedback, experiment with new formats, and report insights to guide future initiatives.
• Plan and activate offline community experiences such as pop‑ups, store events and activations.

Required profile

• Strong sense of brand voice and ability to maintain a consistent, elevated presence across multiple pieces of content each month.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to test untried ideas and iterate based on performance.
• Ability to anticipate what will resonate with the audience before publishing.
• Experience planning quarterly content calendars and executing daily posts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging social platforms.
• Experience creating Reels, carousels, short‑form video and other visual formats.
• Influencer and creator outreach and management.
• Collaboration with creative and copy teams to produce effective social content.
