Social Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative and culturally‑connected Social Creator to join Kraft Heinz’s in‑house agency, The Kitchen. Reporting to the Partner, Creative and Culture, you will help connect iconic brands with Gen Z audiences through culturally relevant, impactful content across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Embed within brand teams to understand each brand inside‑out and develop culture‑first social content.
• Identify emerging internet and social trends and lead the creation of relevant content, either independently or with external creators.
• Ensure all content aligns with marketing and brand objectives and playbooks.
• Plan and execute content workstreams, managing day‑to‑day social channel activities.
• Serve as the go‑to expert on social, culture and content, bringing fresh ideas to brand partners.

Required profile

• Experience creating, shooting and editing video or photo content; comfortable both in front of and behind the camera.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools used in content creation.
• Ability to design memes and visual assets using preferred design software.
• Comfort giving creative direction to creators and production partners.
• Proven experience managing and engaging a social community for a large brand or successful personal account.
