About the role

Spotify is seeking a Social Marketing Manager to lead social strategy across the UK, Ireland and provide oversight for the Netherlands market. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, driving community engagement and brand affinity through music‑focused storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a dynamic social media content strategy for the UK and Ireland, leveraging platform‑specific trends and paid media.
• Identify emerging cultural trends, optimise content for each channel, and collaborate with influencers and creators to expand reach.
• Manage the key agency partner, ensuring creative quality and alignment with brand vision.
• Provide strategic direction for the Netherlands social marketing, sharing best practices and supporting cross‑market campaigns.
• Partner with Music, Podcast, PR, and Artist Partnerships teams to ensure culturally relevant content.
• Build relationships with creators and cultural stakeholders in the UK and Irish music scenes.
• Analyse data insights and performance metrics to optimise campaigns and demonstrate ROI.

• Proven track record developing impactful social strategies and building engaged communities.
• Deep passion for music culture, audience behaviour and storytelling.
• Strategic thinker who can also manage day‑to‑day execution.
