Social Media and Content Lead

About the role

We are looking for a passionate motorcyclist to shape the voice of one of Britain’s leading independent motorcycle brands. The Social Media and Content Lead will plan, create and deliver engaging content across all digital channels while representing the brand at events, launches and rider experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Produce product, lifestyle, rider‑focused and behind‑the‑scenes stories that reflect the brand’s premium positioning and British heritage.
• Manage daily social media activity: maintain content calendars, schedule posts, monitor performance and engage with the community.
• Build and nurture relationships with ambassadors, influencers and content partners, and represent the brand at trade shows, dealer visits and riding events.
• Track channel metrics, report results, analyse competitor activity and use insights to optimise future campaigns.

Required profile

• Full UK motorcycle licence and an active passion for riding.
• Proven experience managing social media channels for a brand or business.
• Strong photography and videography abilities, comfortable appearing on‑camera.
• Excellent written communication and highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc.).
• Video editing software such as Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Proficiency with major social platforms – Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube – and scheduling tools.
