Social Media Manager – Build & Scale Startup Presence

About the role

Apatay is preparing to launch a next‑generation marketplace for AI tools and business infrastructure. We need a Social Media Manager who can craft compelling stories, shape our brand voice, and grow our presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand Apatay’s audience on major social channels.
• Design and execute a content strategy that includes posts, short‑form video and campaigns.
• Define and maintain the company’s voice, positioning and narrative.
• Monitor AI, startup and tech trends to inform content.
• Partner with leadership on product launches, announcements and marketing campaigns.
• Engage the community through comments, direct messages and discussions.
• Work with designers and editors to produce high‑quality visual and written assets.
• Track performance metrics and iterate based on results.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing social accounts for a startup or brand.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities.
• Deep understanding of what drives engagement on each platform.
• Fast execution, high ownership and the ability to work autonomously.
• Familiarity with the startup, AI and tech ecosystem.
• Bonus: experience creating short‑form video content.
