Social Media Manager (Hybrid) – Advertising Agency

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Social Media Manager to become the social heartbeat of our advertising agency. Working on a hybrid basis in London, you will own the end‑to‑end social process for key B2B and pharma clients, from strategy to daily execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop insight‑driven social media strategies and write strategic briefs for each client.
• Conduct platform audits, competitor analysis and audience research to uncover opportunities.
• Define and manage channel strategy, tone of voice and content pillars across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook and emerging platforms.
• Build and maintain editorial calendars, mapping content to brand campaigns, product launches and platform best practices.
• Collaborate closely with internal creative, copy and design teams to produce and deliver content on time.
• Ensure compliance by working with client and regulatory teams to obtain brand approvals.
• Act as community manager, monitoring brand channels and engaging audiences.
• Create social assets, including copy, visuals, short‑form video, Stories and Reels.

Required profile

• A social‑media enthusiast who lives and breathes platforms, trends and data.
• Comfortable shifting between big‑picture strategy and hands‑on execution.
• Strong presentation skills for senior stakeholders and clients.
• Experience with B2B social advertising, UGC and organic campaigns.
