Social Media Manager - Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a creative and highly organised Social Media Manager to lead digital storytelling for a portfolio of luxury restaurant brands in Mayfair, London. Working closely with Marketing, PR, General Managers, Chefs and Operations, you will shape the online presence of each venue and produce engaging content that reflects their premium positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑brand social media strategy across Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, shoot and produce high‑quality short‑form videos, photography, Reels and behind‑the‑scenes content.
• Attend restaurant events, menu tastings, launches and activations to capture live content.
• Maintain a social media content calendar and ensure consistent, on‑brand posting.
• Manage online communities by responding to comments and messages.
• Own end‑to‑end content creation, from concept through filming, editing and final delivery.
• Monitor and report on audience growth, reach, engagement and performance metrics.
• Analyse competitor activity and emerging social formats to inform future content.

Required profile

• Creative thinker with a strong eye for visual storytelling.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
• Excellent collaboration skills, working with chefs, operations and creative teams.
• Proactive attitude towards staying up‑to‑date with social media trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with iPhone photography and video capture.
• Experience using gimbals, lighting equipment and other professional accessories.
• Ability to edit content on mobile devices and with professional video editing software.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and other relevant social platforms.
