Social Media Manager (Part-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to grow The Hippie Shake’s presence on Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. Working three days a week, you will help shape the brand’s visual storytelling and community engagement while collaborating with a small founder-led team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day content on Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Plan and schedule posts around product launches and campaigns.
• Edit and repurpose campaign assets into platform-native formats.
• Create Stories, Reels, TikToks and launch-specific content.
• Support TikTok growth with native content creation.
• Engage with the community and respond to comments and messages.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, influencers and customers.
• Coordinate influencer gifting and creator outreach.
• Assist in building anticipation for seasonal collections.
• Set up and manage Pinterest boards and pins.
• Collaborate closely with the wider team on creative direction and launch planning.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms.
• Passion for fashion, vintage style, music and visual storytelling.
• Comfortable editing short-form video content and repurposing assets.
• Proficient with AI tools for content ideation and workflow efficiency while preserving brand voice.
• Organised, proactive and confident working independently within a small team.
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
