Social Media Manager (Personal Brand)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Social Media Manager to run the day‑to‑day Instagram presence of a founder’s personal brand. The role starts with Instagram only, with the potential to expand to TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn as the brand grows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a posting strategy that reflects the founder’s voice on health, fitness, family, business building and British farming.
• Create a rolling content calendar visible to the founder for planning and approval.
• Generate content ideas, produce and edit 1‑2 posts per day using existing B‑roll assets.
• Provide clear filming instructions and shot lists for any new footage required.
• Maintain a transparent workflow pipeline, ensuring every post receives founder sign‑off before scheduling.

Required profile

• Passionate about health optimisation, bio‑hacking, fitness and British farming – you must live the world you’ll be writing about.
• Comfortable working independently, delivering ideas and edits without community‑management duties.
• Detail‑oriented with strong editorial judgment to keep the founder’s voice authentic.

Required skills

• Instagram content creation and scheduling.
• Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn platforms.
• Video editing and basic post‑production.
• Content calendar planning.
