Social Media Manager – Skincare Brand

About the role

We are partnering with a premium skincare brand to find a Social Media Manager who will elevate the brand’s presence across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to shape strategy, create compelling content, and position the brand as a trusted authority in skincare.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies, with a focus on emerging platforms such as TikTok.
• Drive channel growth by increasing followers, engagement and reach while staying ahead of trends.
• Plan and schedule the weekly social calendar, ensuring alignment with the broader marketing plan and commercial objectives.
• Create and edit social content, including lo‑fi videos, in partnership with the in‑house creative team.
• Produce educational storytelling that demystifies skincare, explains product benefits and guides consumers on usage.

Required profile

• 3+ years of social media management experience in beauty, lifestyle or a related sector, preferably skincare.
• Proven track record of managing multiple brand channels and delivering growth and engagement.
• Deep understanding of platform trends, best practices and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data‑driven insights to refine strategies.
• Excellent content creation and editing abilities.
