Social Media Manager & Strategist - Creator Marketing & Social-First

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Strategist to join our fast‑growing creator and social media agency in London. You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to help leading consumer brands such as Jack Daniel’s, De’Longhi and E.ON Next build authentic, social‑first communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own social media strategies that align with client objectives and brand goals.
• Create and maintain content calendars, publishing schedules and engaging copy for multiple client accounts.
• Manage day‑to‑day community interaction, audience engagement and online reputation.
• Monitor platform updates, emerging trends and creator opportunities, including AI‑driven tools.
• Analyse campaign performance, produce regular reports and recommend optimisation tactics.
• Collaborate closely with client services, creator and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media strategy, management and creator marketing.
• Strong copywriting and content planning abilities with a commercial mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced agency environment and handling multiple accounts.
• Curious about new platform developments and emerging technologies.
