About the role
We are seeking a qualified solicitor with 4‑9 years post‑qualification experience to join a fast‑growing intellectual property team in London. The role offers exposure to high‑profile brands across trademark, design and copyright matters.
Key responsibilities
- Manage both contentious and non‑contentious trademark, design and copyright matters.
- Provide strategic IP advice to a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Draft and negotiate agreements, handle oppositions and enforce IP rights.
- Collaborate with senior partners to develop client relationships.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with 4‑9 years of post‑qualification experience.
- Demonstrated experience in trademark, design and copyright law.
- Proven ability to handle both contentious and advisory work.
- Motivated, ambitious and able to thrive in a growing firm.
