About the role

Zaizi is seeking a senior backend software developer to design, build and maintain high‑quality digital solutions that meet GDS standards. You will work within a multidisciplinary, Agile team delivering frequent releases and continuously improving the user experience.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain Golang‑based backend services.
Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, researchers and platform engineers in a DevOps environment.
Deliver multiple releases each week while adhering to GDS and government security standards.
Participate in test‑driven development, code reviews and continuous integration pipelines.
Contribute to API and UI test automation using tools such as Cypress, Cucumber or Nightwatch.

Required profile

Proven experience in Agile and product‑development settings.
Track record of working in multidisciplinary teams that include product owners, UX designers and platform engineers.
Experience delivering continuous‑improvement software with frequent releases.
Ability to design, code and debug complex backend systems.
