Software Engineer, Agent (German speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to design and deliver production‑grade AI agents for our customers. The role involves building highly performant, reliable, and intuitive agents that drive revenue across industries such as finance, healthcare, and commerce. You will own the full Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to continuous iteration.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship scalable AI agents that operate in production environments.
• Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle, defining best practices for deployment and iteration.
• Partner with large enterprises and cutting‑edge startups to understand business challenges and embed AI agents.
• Shape the future of Sierra’s platform by surfacing unmet needs and prototyping new tools.

Required profile

• Experience building and scaling end‑to‑end production systems.
• Strong technical problem‑solving skills in fast‑changing, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to work directly with customers to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
