Software Engineer – Cloud Native Applications

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Software Engineer to join its Software & Platform Engineering team. You will work on modern, serverless and containerised applications for a variety of clients, delivering high‑quality code in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy traditional and serverless applications using Java, Typescript, C#, Python or Go.
• Integrate services with data storage, message buses and other architectural components.
• Utilise containers and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) with CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments.
• Implement observability, logging and monitoring for production systems.
• Create documentation and perform unit, integration and contract testing while considering security and performance.

Required profile

• Several years of industry experience in software development.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and analytically.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
