About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Software Engineer to join our core Engineering department in Norwich. You will take ownership of the new Embedded Accountancy project, building data pipelines, handling transactional ledger logic, and integrating financial architectures into our cloud‑based ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch features for the Embedded Accountancy platform, ensuring scalability.
• Write clean, modular and testable code while maintaining efficient database communication.
• Participate in technical discussions and collaborate with cross‑functional teams, learning from senior engineers.

Required profile

• Commercial experience or a strong academic background in writing clean backend code.
• Enjoy tackling structural data challenges, third‑party API integrations, and financial/ledger workflows.
• Willingness to work on‑site at our Norwich Head Office (Unit 7).
• Ideal for a junior developer or recent graduate seeking rapid career growth.
