About the role

Epos Now is expanding its Engineering department in Norwich and is looking for two Software Engineers to drive the growth of its Platform Intelligence capabilities. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of the Customer Success platform, shaping architecture and building reliable, high‑impact features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale the Customer Success platform for seamless deployment.
• Ensure system health by writing robust code, optimizing performance, and maintaining platform intelligence structures.
• Collaborate with technical leads, managers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable product features.

Required profile

• Proven commercial experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong foundation in object‑oriented programming, databases, and microservice architectures.
• Experience delivering complex web systems, data pipelines, or internal platforms from development through production.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a passion for modern engineering best practices.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Norwich head office.
