Software Engineer – Norwich (On-site)

About the role

Join Epos Now’s fast‑growing engineering hub in Norwich as a Software Engineer. You will help build innovative fintech products used by thousands of merchants across Europe, the US and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in technical project planning and architecture discussions.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable code in a timely manner.
• Create, maintain and query SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Document code and project details.
• Collaborate and communicate regularly with cross‑functional teams.
• Influence architectural decisions and technology choices.
• Adapt to new tools, languages and platforms as needed.

Required profile

• Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong coding ability in any language.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Organised, autonomous and enthusiastic about problem solving.
• Business‑level proficiency in English.
