Software Implementation Consultant / Customer Success Executive

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing technology business to find a Software Implementation Consultant who will join the customer delivery team in London. You will work directly with new customers, guiding them from discovery through to go‑live, ensuring a smooth onboarding and adoption of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end software implementation projects for new customers.
• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into configuration specifications.
• Configure the SaaS platform, coordinate data migrations and system integrations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support and Customer Success teams to deliver projects on time.
• Conduct onboarding sessions, workshops and end‑user training.
• Manage timelines, milestones, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Provide post‑implementation support to transition customers to ongoing success.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SaaS or enterprise software implementations.
• Background in roles such as Implementation Consultant, Specialist, Manager or Technical Consultant.
• Strong project and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, organised and customer‑focused attitude.
