Solicitor – Actions Against the Police

About the role
G2 Legal Limited, a specialist litigation firm based in Liverpool, is seeking an experienced and ambitious Solicitor to join its Actions Against the Police department. The team handles complex, high‑profile claims against policing authorities and offers a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of claims including wrongful arrest, false imprisonment, unlawful detention and human‑rights breaches.
- Take ownership of files from instruction through to conclusion, with the majority of matters being litigated.
- Provide high‑quality client care and maintain strong case management throughout each matter.
Required profile
- Qualified Solicitor with NQ to 4 years PQE.
- Solid litigation experience, preferably with exposure to civil liberties or public law.
- Strong case‑management and client‑care abilities.
- Proactive, collaborative approach.
