• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists accredited by APIL, AvMA, and the Law Society.
• Ensure rigorous time recording and adherence to financial KPIs to support business growth.
• Offer support and guidance to the wider team to foster a collaborative working environment.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Solicitor specializing in Clinical Negligence.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload autonomously and strategically.
• Strong commitment to delivering client-focused solutions and achieving excellent outcomes.
• Highly organized with a disciplined approach to time management and financial targets.
