Solution Consultant – Veeva Safety

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Solution Consultant to act as the primary bridge between complex pharmacovigilance challenges and its industry‑leading Vault Safety cloud platform. You will work alongside Account Executives to help life‑science customers transition from fragmented legacy systems to a unified, cloud‑based safety solution.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer pharmacovigilance challenges and demonstrate how Vault Safety streamlines end‑to‑end processes.
• Configure and deliver tailored, value‑based presentations, demos, RFP/RFI responses, workshops and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with safety stakeholders and guide them toward best‑in‑class solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, account partners and strategy groups to ensure customer success.
• Support marketing activities such as webinars, video recordings and conference participation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the life‑sciences industry.
• Deep knowledge of end‑to‑end pharmacovigilance processes (case management, aggregate reporting, analytics, signal detection, risk management, etc.).
• Exceptional presentation abilities and a team‑first attitude.
• Technical curiosity with an understanding of cloud/SaaS technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree and willingness to travel 20‑30% across the EU.
