Solution Director - AI

About the role

AND Digital is looking for a Solution Director - AI to lead its AI, automation and intelligent systems practice. You will work with clients to design and deliver their AI transformation, advise C-suite and director-level stakeholders on AI strategy and organisational change, and represent the business publicly at events and networking opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client engagements end to end, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite and director-level stakeholders on AI strategy, organisational design and transformation plans.
• Assess a client's current state and help them envision an AI-enabled future, designing new ways of working across digital, data and AI.
• Create programmes of work and consulting engagements that drive business innovation, and compile commercial and business cases for clients.
• Lead change management, communications and planning to transition organisations to technology-led ways of working.
• Engage senior executives inside and outside IT, technology and digital to build their understanding of AI and the need for change.
• Contribute to the revenue and financial success of the regional Club through client engagements and new business, and help grow the Club internally.

Required profile

• Formal consulting, professional services or digital transformation experience, with proven ability to deliver change across organisations.
• Demonstrable experience deploying AI into your own ways of working and consulting clients on AI adoption in operations and workflows.
• Ability to move between client assignments and to influence stakeholders with a digital and AI transformation approach.
• Helpful: breadth of consulting expertise including business development (RFPs, sales presentations), experience developing digital or product strategy, and a background at a recognised consulting firm or agency.
