Spanish-Speaking Cash Allocation Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Cash Allocation Specialist to join our international finance operations team on a fully remote basis. You will play a critical part in ensuring that incoming payments are accurately matched to customer invoices, supporting the overall health of our cash flow and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Match incoming payments against customer invoices and accounts.
• Review and resolve unallocated or unidentified cash transactions.
• Investigate payment variances and reconciliation differences.
• Process remittance information and support payment allocation activities.
• Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Collections and Accounts Receivable teams to resolve exceptions.
• Support period‑end reporting and cash‑related controls.
• Contribute to process optimisation and operational improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in cash application, cash allocation, banking operations or revenue accounting.
• Proven ability to process high volumes of customer payments.
• Strong reconciliation and investigative skills.
• Experience handling remittance advice and payment matching.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
