Spanish‑Speaking Cash Allocation Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking Cash Allocation Specialist to join a global cash operations team on a fully remote basis. The role focuses on matching incoming payments to customer invoices, investigating discrepancies and ensuring the accuracy of financial records for a large‑scale finance programme.

Key responsibilities

• Match incoming payments to customer invoices and accounts.
• Review and resolve unallocated or unidentified cash transactions.
• Investigate payment variances and reconciliation differences.
• Process remittance information and support payment allocation activities.
• Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Collections and Accounts Receivable teams to clear exceptions.
• Support period‑end reporting and cash‑related controls.
• Contribute to process optimisation and operational improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in cash application, cash allocation, banking operations or revenue accounting.
• Proven ability to process high volumes of customer payments.
• Strong investigative and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with financial systems and remittance advice.
