Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher

About the role

The Witherslack Group is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to work at Queensmead House School in Windsor. You will support children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, helping them develop skills, confidence and academic progress.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual SEND profiles.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with in‑house psychologists, teaching assistants and therapy professionals.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour.
• Communicate regularly with parents and external agencies about pupil development.

Required profile

• Experience working with pupils who have complex educational and behavioural needs.
• Ability to celebrate small victories and maintain a positive outlook.
