Specialist Hygiene Sales Consultant (Sutton)

About the role

Rentokil Initial is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join its Croydon branch, covering the South East and Sussex areas. You will work in the field, managing your own schedule while delivering specialist hygiene solutions to both new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers on-site to conduct surveys, propose treatments and price work.
• Generate and develop leads independently and collaboratively with colleagues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Provide excellent customer service and identify upsell opportunities.
• Achieve set KPIs and sales targets.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence held for at least two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to solve problems on the spot.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in retail or sales is advantageous.

• Valid driving licence.
