Specialist, Workplace Experience

About the role

In this role you will play a key part in delivering, optimising, and continuously evolving the London office experience across our UK operations. You will own critical operational areas, driving performance through data and ensuring the workplace operates with precision, accountability, and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day workplace operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly, safely, and consistently while delivering a seamless employee and visitor experience.
• Conduct regular workplace walkthroughs to identify, resolve, and escalate issues before they affect employees or visitors.
• Manage the UK Workplace budget end‑to‑end, including tracking, forecasting, variance analysis and cost optimisation.
• Lead vendor and contract management, negotiating pricing, monitoring service levels and ensuring compliance.
• Own reporting frameworks, dashboards and KPI tracking for workplace performance and employee experience metrics.
• Drive compliance and sustainability initiatives, aligning with regulatory and company standards.

Required profile

• Experience in a workplace, operations or culture experience role, ideally within a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑first, hospitality‑minded approach with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Proven ability to own and manage operational functions, not just support them.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, forecasting and cost control.
• Confidence coordinating suppliers across facilities management and handling building issues.
• Experience managing vendors and contracts, with a solid understanding of SLAs and performance management.
• Highly data‑driven with the ability to analyse insights and continuously improve workplace experience.
