Sponsorship Sales Manager – Events

About the role

The Sponsorship Sales Manager will join a fast‑growing events sales team, selling high‑value, bespoke sponsorship packages for global events ranging from Miami to Paris and Los Angeles. The role is hybrid, combining new‑business development with account management and includes occasional international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and upsell bespoke sponsorship solution packages to corporate clients.
• Develop new business opportunities and manage existing sponsor accounts.
• Achieve revenue targets and deliver uncapped commission.
• Attend and represent the company at international events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor sponsorship proposals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in event sponsorship or exhibition sales.
• Degree‑educated with a proven record of revenue generation.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management skills.
• Excellent emotional intelligence and relationship‑building ability.
• Consultative sales approach and proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
