Sportsbook Operations Manager

About the role

Entain is looking for a Sportsbook Operations Manager to lead the UK sportsbook operations from its Gibraltar hub. In this hybrid position you will drive the strategy and execution of promotions, bonuses and customer incentives, ensuring they align with commercial goals and enhance player engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the operational lead for the UK sportsbook, overseeing the planning and delivery of promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with Proposition, CRM, Business Intelligence, Data and Fulfilment teams to align initiatives with brand and commercial objectives.
• Monitor and analyse bonus spend efficiency, identifying opportunities to optimise investment and customer outcomes.
• Provide data‑driven insights and ad‑hoc analysis to support strategic decisions and improve performance.
• Support the Head of Sportsbook Operations in embedding best‑practice processes and continuous improvement.
• Track competitor activity and industry trends to keep promotional strategies best‑in‑class.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sportsbook or gambling operations, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, monitor efficiency and drive operational excellence.
