Staff Product Manager

About the role

Fyxer is looking for a Staff Product Manager who will own the most important product bets from ambiguous problem space to shipped outcome. You will work directly with the Head of Product, CTO, founders and senior engineers, shaping what we build and why.

Key responsibilities

• Own discovery through delivery for high‑impact product bets, framing problems, defining hypotheses and choosing the fastest route to signal.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative signals into clear product direction and drive execution.
• Set success metrics, decide when there is enough signal to build, and own the outcome.
• Embed structured learning loops so insight compounds over time.
• Raise the bar of product thinking across the team by coaching and introducing lightweight frameworks.

Required profile

• Full‑stack product thinker who connects user behaviour to funnels, retention and revenue.
• Strong discovery skills: fluent in qualitative research, behavioural insight and experimentation.
• Effective engineering partner who frames problems crisply and makes practical trade‑offs.
• Decision‑oriented, able to move quickly with imperfect information and make confident calls.
• Force multiplier who builds repeatable systems for discovery and decision‑making.
