Staff Product Manager

About the role

Orbital is an AI platform that streamlines real‑estate legal work, connecting legal and physical records to make transactions faster and clearer. As a Staff Product Manager you will help shape AI‑driven products that transform how real‑estate teams work, collaborating with engineers, designers and domain experts from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI‑driven products where intelligent systems are at the core, helping teams move faster.
• Own end‑to‑end product development, turning ideas into shipped features used by customers.
• Experiment with frontier AI models and translate emerging capabilities into production‑ready use cases.
• Prototype and validate ideas quickly, writing code, testing solutions and shipping early versions.
• Shape product direction by working closely with engineers and customers to identify opportunities and solve workflow challenges.

Required profile

• Passion for building products that meaningfully transform how people work.
• Strong curiosity about AI and a drive to explore new product experiences.
• Product manager with a builder mindset, comfortable prototyping or coding when needed.
• Familiarity with modern web technologies such as React, TypeScript, or Next.js.
• Excellent collaboration skills, able to work closely with engineering, design and domain experts.
